Is Adeptiq really free forever?
Yes, Adeptiq's core features are free to use indefinitely. There's no trial period that expires or surprise charges later. We believe essential tools should be accessible to everyone.
We have optional premium features for users who need advanced functionality, but the free version will always remain available and useful on its own.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes. You can change your plan whenever you need to, with no lock-in periods or cancellation fees.
Upgrades take effect immediately. If you downgrade, the change typically applies at the end of your current billing cycle, so you get full value from what you've already paid.
Do you offer discounts for startups and non-profits?
We don't offer special discounts because our free tier is designed to be genuinely useful for organizations of any size, including startups and non-profits.
If you outgrow the free tier, our paid plans are priced to be accessible. You only pay for what you need, with the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade anytime.
Data security
Is my data safe at Adeptiq?
We take data security seriously. Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on secure European servers, and we follow industry-standard security practices to protect it.
We don't sell your data to third parties, and we don't use it to train AI models. You can delete your account and data at any time.
Will you use my candidate CVs?
No. Candidate CVs and personal information you upload remain strictly confidential. We don't use them to train AI models, share them with third parties, or access them for any purpose.
Your candidates' data is protected with the same security standards as your own information, encrypted and stored on secure European servers. You maintain full control and can delete any data at any time.
Do you take care of the migration of my existing data?
For Business tier customers, we provide hands-on migration support to help transfer your existing data smoothly.
On other plans, you can handle migration yourself using the AI CV imports included in your plan. Simply upload CVs in bulk, and our AI automatically parses all the data for you. No manual data entry required.
Can I export all my data?
Yes. You can export all your originally uploaded CV files at any time, so you're never locked in.
Do you use my data for training AIs?
No. We don't use your data or candidate information to train AI models. Your data is used solely to provide our service to you.
This applies to all data you upload: CVs, candidate profiles, and any other information remains private and confidential.
What happens to my data when I cancel?
When you cancel, you can export your CV files until the end of your current subscription cycle. After that period, your data is permanently deleted from our servers.
You can also request immediate deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
