For Business tier customers, we provide hands-on migration support to help transfer your existing data smoothly. On other plans, you can handle migration yourself using the AI CV imports included in your plan. Simply upload CVs in bulk, and our AI automatically parses all the data for you. Yes. You can export all your originally uploaded CV files at any time, so you're never locked in.

No. We don't use your data or candidate information to train AI models. Your data is used solely to provide our service to you. This applies to all data you upload: CVs, candidate profiles, and any other information remains private and confidential.

When you cancel, you can export your CV files until the end of your current subscription cycle. After that period, your data is permanently deleted from our servers. You can also request immediate deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
