The Problem We Kept Hearing

When we started, we thought we'd build a clever AI matching feature on top of existing systems. So we talked to recruiters. Hundreds of them.

The story was the same everywhere: recruiters paying hundreds of euros per month for software they don't actually like. Too complicated. Too many features they never use. More time updating their system than actually talking to candidates.

The base was broken. No amount of AI was going to fix that.

So we scrapped our original idea and built something new from the ground up. An ATS that's simple, affordable, and actually helps you do your job.

We're Maxime and Mathias, former colleagues at a HealthTech scale-up, together with Benjamin, a recruiter with years of experience in the trenches. We're based in Antwerp and we're bootstrapping this thing ourselves. No investors, no pressure to ship features we don't believe in.
